Here you have The Odds EP mixed as one complete track. This listening experience is comparable to playing our EP as if it were on vinyl.
The gapless mix is one solution to the limitations of compression and digital players like iTunes and Spotify, which often insert involuntary pauses between tracks. We want our songs to connect smoothly and fade into each other with no gaps, but are unable to do so in these players. Why? Because these technologies are limiting and do not give us the option to do so.
Imagine listening to epic albums like Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd and OK Computer by Radiohead and not having the songs smoothly fade into each other as intended by these artists. This is one reasons why Pink Floyd does not sell their tracks individually on iTunes. To learn more about "digital bias" and the limitations computers and software are incurring on all of our mediums, we strongly encourage you to read Douglas Rushkoff's eye-opening book "Program or be Programmed."
Listen to "Against 'The Odds' Gapless DigiVinyl Mix" and you can hear the seamless fades between the songs on the EP as we intend for then to be heard:
1. The Prisoner
2. Golden Web
3. Underground
4. Lost Cosmonaut
5. Speak (Nothing To Lose)
